Steve Barker, Managing Principal
​
Steve Barker has an extensive track record of understanding, leading and driving organizations while making significant contributions both fiscally and operationally. His background includes operational business and human capital experience, both from a consultative as well as a private industry perspective.
​
Most recently Steve was the Global Managing Director of the Human Capital Practice at RGP, a publicly traded (NASDAQ:RGP), project based global professional services firm. He started the Human Capital practice for RGP in 2000 and ultimately led it to become a global brand doing work in over 40 countries. His practice provided expertise in Human Capital Leadership, Innovative Change Management Strategies, HR Strategy work and Organizational Development to many Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining RGP, Steve was a principal at Strategic Employment Solutions, a national employment practice consulting company. He also held the position of vice president of Human Resources for nationally recognized Centinela Hospital Healthcare Network.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the National Human Resources Association and The California State University Fullerton Leadership Board. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Trevor Lattin, Advisor
Trev has spent his career in professional services, beginning with Coopers & Lybrand and then Arthur Andersen in Audit and Business Consulting to round out his Big 4 experience.
Later in his career, Trev was in a leadership role at RGP (NASDAQ:RGP) where he advised Fortune 1000 C-level clients and led large project teams, specializing in financial operations, strategy, process re-engineering, audit, and corporate governance across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Trev graduated from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting. He is a fifth generation Southern Californian.
