We worked with the client’s leadership team to develop and implement a new organizational strategy. This project took into account the client’s need to reduce costs without significantly reducing staff, transfer knowledge from experienced staff nearing retirement, and upgrade an aging infrastructure.
Our team of six consultants led various change management teams to develop effective communication, training, and employee engagement strategies across the organization.
Our collaboration with the employees allowed us to effectively gauge their acceptance level and develop strategies to increase their commitment, buy-in and accountability throughout the organization.
