At a Fortune 100 diversified, worldwide entertainment company, our team led the change management efforts for an enterprise-wide IT transformation.


Key activities and deliverables included:

  • Developed and implemented entire training program for staff members to ensure communication, training and acceptance of new model

  • Developed training survey for staff to provide additional data and insight used in developing the new model

  • The development of change management and communication plans and communication vehicles in support of organizational and operational restructuring

  • Served on leadership task force responsible for driving organizational and operational changes and developing the “vision” for a successful operating model moving forward
