Case Study: Change Management at a financial services company

After a major financial transformation, this Fortune 50 client needed to implement and reinforce training to ensure the system was properly utilized and the expected results and positive financial impacts were achieved.

The team assisted with the design of the client’s PMO to ensure appropriate life cycle management of 14+ financial system projects were implemented over a period of four years to 17 global businesses within 12 countries.

Additionally, we developed and documented training programs for the new financial reporting system roll-out to more than 140 corporate finance professionals; and designed a new, user-friendly training manual which serviced as a reference document for current employees and acted as a training document for new team members.
